IMAGE USE AUTHORIZATION FORM

I hereby declare and affirm that I am the sole author and exclusive owner of all copyrights, titles, and interests in and to the photographs, video recordings, and written works (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Content”) submitted to the Publisher. The Content is provided by uploading it to a designated cloud storage system and granting the Publisher access via a shared folder link, expressly for the purpose of consideration and potential publication in the Publisher’s editorial and promotional materials.

I expressly grant the Publisher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, and otherwise make the Content available to the public in the following contexts, including but not limited to:

• Print and digital editions of Bold & Beyond Magazine

• The official website and social media platforms of the Magazine

• Advertising, promotional, and editorial materials associated with the Magazine

This license is granted without territorial or temporal limitation.

I further warrant that the Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, image rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of any third party. I confirm that I have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and/or model releases from all individuals depicted in the Content, authorizing the use of their likenesses for publication and promotional purposes as described above.

In the event that any legal claims, disputes, or allegations arise concerning the ownership, originality, or authorized use of the Content, I agree to assume full legal responsibility for their resolution. I acknowledge that the Publisher shall bear no liability in connection with such claims, and that all associated legal and financial obligations shall rest solely with me as the submitting party.
