PART 1 — TERMS & CONDITIONS
WHO WE ARE
Bold & Beyond Magazine (“Bold & Beyond,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is an editorial platform offering print and digital publication opportunities and related services. These Terms apply to your use of our website, our submission process, and any services we provide.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing our website, submitting content, purchasing products or services, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy (below). If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
DEFINITIONS
“Content” means photos, images, videos, text, captions, credits, names, likenesses, logos, and other materials you submit.
“Submission” means any Content provided to us via our website form, Kavyar, email, or other channel.
“Services” means editorial review, publication, optional upgrade packages (including VIP/Cover), interviews/webitorials, and related publication support.
“Tearsheets” means downloadable pages or files showing your published feature.
SUBMISSION PROCESS (SOURCE OF TRUTH)
To be considered a submitter through our website/Instagram/email channels, you must submit via our official submission link:

If you submit through Kavyar, you must complete your submission through Kavyar.
ELIGIBILITY, MINORS, AND ADULT CONTENT RULES
5.1 General eligibility
You confirm you are legally able to submit Content and agree to these Terms.
5.2 Teen & Kids (minors) — guardian consent required
We may publish minors (including “kids” and “teens”) only if the submitter has valid parent/guardian permission. By submitting any Content featuring a minor, you confirm that you have obtained written parent/guardian consent and any required releases/permissions for publication and promotional use.
We may request proof of guardian consent and/or age verification at any time. If you cannot provide proof upon request, we may decline the Submission, pause publication, remove Content from future promotional use, and/or cancel related services.
5.3 Artistic Nude — strictly 18+
Artistic Nude content is strictly for adults (18+) only. By submitting to any nude category, you confirm every person depicted is 18+ and you have valid releases/permissions. No exceptions.
5.4 Prohibited content
You must not submit Content that is unlawful, non-consensual, exploitative, or that violates the rights of others. We may reject or remove Content at our discretion for safety, legal compliance, or brand standards.
OWNERSHIP, RIGHTS, AND PERMISSIONS (COPYRIGHT SAFETY)
6.1 You keep ownership
You retain ownership of your Content.
6.2 Your legal promises to us (critical)
By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that:
You are the sole owner of the intellectual property rights in the Content OR you have written permission/license from the rights owner(s) to submit and authorize our use.
You have obtained all necessary permissions from all individuals involved (models, photographers, stylists, MUAs, guardians for minors, etc.).
You have obtained all required model releases and location/property permissions where applicable.
The Content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or any other rights.
The Content is not defamatory, unlawful, or misleading.
6.3 License you grant to Bold & Beyond (perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide)
By submitting Content, you grant Bold & Beyond a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to:
edit/format the Content for design, layout, and publication needs (including cropping, resizing, minor retouching, color adjustment for print fit),
publish the Content in print and digital editions,
display the Content on our website and social platforms,
use the Content for marketing/promotional activities related to Bold & Beyond (including showcasing past features),
archive the Content as part of our back-catalog and past issues.
CREDITS AND CORRECTIONS
7.1 Credits are the submitter’s responsibility
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate credits (names/roles/@handles) by the deadline we request.
7.2 Missing/late/unclear credits
If credits are missing, late, or unclear, we may publish with “credits not provided” or use the best available information we have.
7.3 Corrections
After publication, we may correct credits on website/social where possible. Print cannot be changed once released.
EDITORIAL DISCRETION
Submitting does not guarantee publication. We may accept, decline, postpone, or request modifications at our discretion to maintain quality, category fit, and compliance.
REMOVAL / TAKEDOWN REQUESTS
You may request removal of Content from our website and/or social channels where reasonably possible. We will review requests in good faith.
Please note:
Print issues cannot be recalled once printed/distributed.
Previously released digital issues/back issues may remain accessible as part of our archive/catalog.
We may continue to display factual publication records (e.g., issue references) even if promotional content is removed.
PURCHASES, PRINT & DIGITAL ISSUES, AND THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT
10.1 Where issues are sold
Print and/or digital issues may be sold and fulfilled through third-party platforms, including:
magcloud.com
https://dpbee.ru
When you purchase from third-party platforms, the transaction may be processed by those platforms, and their checkout terms and policies may apply.
10.2 Print-on-demand limitations
Many print issues are produced as print-on-demand. Because of this, returns/cancellations may be limited. If a return is not possible through the third-party vendor, we may not be able to accept a return directly. We will, however, assist you where reasonably possible.
10.3 Pricing and availability
Prices, taxes, shipping fees, and availability may vary by platform and location. Third-party vendors may apply their own pricing, tax, and shipping rules.
VIP/COVER UPGRADES (SERVICES) — DELIVERY + REFUNDS
11.1 Nature of upgrades
VIP/Cover packages are service upgrades associated with editorial publication (e.g., cover placement and related deliverables as described on the offer page).
11.2 Typical turnaround
Paid upgrades typically have an approximate turnaround of 2 weeks, depending on production flow and materials provided.
11.3 Upgrade cancellation and refund window (service policy)
You may cancel a VIP/Cover upgrade within 1 hour of purchase.
After 1 hour, upgrades are non-refundable because production/priority processing begins.
If we do not deliver the purchased upgrade within 45 days, you may request either rescheduling or a refund (subject to verification of delivery status and that required materials were provided).
CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD PREVENTION
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that are inconsistent with these Terms and/or where services/products have already been delivered, processed, or accessed. We may share relevant records with payment processors to resolve disputes.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (OUR WEBSITE AND BRAND)
Our website content, branding, templates, and materials are owned by Bold & Beyond or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or exploit our materials without permission.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes such as gaining clients, representation, or bookings.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bold & Beyond is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational loss arising from the use of our website/services or publication decisions.
INDEMNIFICATION (IMPORTANT)
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bold & Beyond and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
your submitted Content,
your breach of these Terms,
any allegation that your Content infringes third-party rights,
missing/invalid model releases or permissions.
COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS / INFRINGEMENT REPORTS
If you believe content published by Bold & Beyond infringes your rights, contact us with:
your full name and contact details,
identification of the work claimed to be infringed,
the exact URL/location of the content,
a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized,
a statement that the information is accurate, and you are the rights holder or authorized to act.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bold & Beyond Magazine is registered and operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (You may replace this line with your preferred specific jurisdiction after legal review.)

PART 2 — PRIVACY POLICY
Bold & Beyond Magazine (“us” or “we”) respects the privacy of visitors to https://boldandbeyond.net (the “Website”) and users of our services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose Personal Information and Anonymous Information you submit through the Website or Services, and your choices regarding access and correction. We limit data use to providing the service for which you engage Bold & Beyond.
PERSONAL INFORMATION

Submission requirements:
You guarantee you own the rights or have permission to submit.
You confirm you have permission from models/guardians and others involved.
By submitting, you grant us rights to edit, publish, archive, and use for promotional activities as described in the Terms.
USE OF INFORMATION
We use Personal Information to:
provide services (editorial features, publication, portfolio showcases),
respond to requests and support inquiries,
send marketing communications where you opted in,
improve services and user experience via analytics.
We may create Anonymous Information by removing identifying details and use it for internal analytics/improvement.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do not trade or rent Personal Information. We may share information only:
with service providers necessary to operate the Website and Services (hosting, analytics, payments, email tools),
when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety,

PART 3 — REFUND POLICY
PRINTED MAGAZINES
If you place an order directly with Bold & Beyond for a printed magazine, you may cancel within 1 hour of placing the order. After 1 hour, cancellations/refunds are not provided.
If your printed magazine arrives damaged/defective/materially flawed, contact support within 30 days of receipt to request a replacement.
IMPORTANT: Many print orders are fulfilled through third-party print partners (including magcloud.com and/or https://dpbee.ru). Where a third-party fulfills your order, their policies and processes may apply, and Bold & Beyond may not be able to process a return directly. We will assist you in resolving issues where reasonably possible.
DIGITAL MAGAZINES (E-BOOKS / PDFs)
Digital products are not eligible for cancellation or refund once processed/delivered. Please review your order carefully before purchase. Where permitted by law, by purchasing digital content you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose any statutory withdrawal rights for digital content once delivery begins.
PRESETS AND FILTERS
No refunds or cancellations are available for presets or filters purchased through Bold & Beyond Magazine.
VIP/COVER SERVICE UPGRADES
Cancellation within 1 hour of purchase is allowed.
After 1 hour, upgrades are non-refundable.
If not delivered within 45 days, you may request reschedule or refund (subject to verification of delivery status and that required materials were provided).
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
