The process of how I develop my ideas is abstract, it depends on the moment and what I need to surround myself with to make that idea concrete: the place linked to a lived moment or to people, the music helps me dress it up, giving it atmosphere and expression, and then associating it with the right brand.

“Say Hi To Our Model”

Federico Stagetti

**Personal & Creative Journey**

Can you tell us a bit about yourself and how you got started in the creative industry?

My name is Federico Stagetti, I turned 45 in June, I'm Italian, I live in Tuscany, in Versilia, precisely born in Pietrasanta, I want to say this because Pietrasanta is a city of art, where many artists such as photographers, musicians, painters, sculptors, including Michelangelo Buonarroti, pass and have passed, being a marble area... I have a painter and musicians in my family, this could mean something about my path, I began to approach the world of music, in particular drums and percussion at the age of 13, starting to feel the need to give life to that feeling that you feel inside every time I listened to a musical genre that I liked, from there I began my path based on musical experiences, before arriving at undertaking academic studies by definition, but today I find that it is always good to leave a glimmer of freedom in this case regarding musical creativity because it is that thing that allows you to express yourself freely and give life to creations as well as even original subjects... I have collaborated with several artists, including nationally renowned ones. At the same time, I also have another job, and I still manage to pursue both paths. I have an 11-year-old daughter, Gea, who is also passionate about the world of photography as well as music, and thanks to her, I also have help in opening up to this world.

What inspired you to pursue a career as a Creative Director?

What was it that triggered this option of creative director? Well, several things, before having a professional feedback from people in the trade confirming that my intention could be right as a key that shaped me, I immersed myself in my sensations, visions, through my state of mind, stimulated by various musical genres which gave me the dress or rather the color, the imprint as well as the idea of the realization... it may seem like something artificially constructed or formal but it is not so... there is the heart...

Was there a key moment that shaped your creative path?

According to certain statistics it seems that the best creations are made when you are not well inside, with a heart that cries and is full of hope trying to maintain a positive balance. My style is always defined by my state of mind. It can be defined as alternative, it is a color that changes at the moment, to the sensation, giving a vision to research and create.
