• Submit between 2 and 16 images.

• Images must be in JPG format.

• Use the sRGB color profile for all images.

• Accepted image sizes are flexible but should adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Portrait: 8.5 × 11 inches at 300 dpi (2550 × 3300 pixels)

  • Landscape: 17 × 11 inches at 300 dpi (5100 × 3300 pixels)

• Only the copyright holder may submit images.

• All images must be professionally retouched, edited, and of high quality.

• Please provide the full names, social media handles, and email addresses of all individuals involved in the photoshoot. This information is required for proper attribution when the images are published online. Submissions lacking complete team credits will not be accepted.

By submitting your work for publication in our magazine, you hereby confirm and agree to the following:

1. You are the sole owner of all rights, including intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, trademarks, and related interests), to the submitted works.

2. You have obtained all necessary permissions for publication from the models featured in the works or their authorized representatives.

3. The models have provided consent for publication through the photographer, legal representative, or authorized agent.

4. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Publisher from any damages, expenses, claims, liabilities, and costs arising from any breach of your obligations to protect the intellectual property rights of third parties.

By permitting our magazine to publish your work, you grant us the right to use your work across all our publications, websites, videos, marketing materials, and advertising. This includes the creation of videos from your photos using neural network technology, as well as use in any other media or formats employed to produce and monetize content associated with the magazine.

The magazine reserves the right to crop, resize, and otherwise adjust your photographs as necessary for publication purposes.
